Job Description
Handle day-to-day network operations MPBN Core.
Support, operations, maintenance, administration, configuration, trouble-shooting, fault isolation and resolving IP network issues
Maintain proper network documentation & schematics including all possible details
Operations & administration of the Hardware & software of: Routers, Switches, Access Points, Firewalls of any vendor platform
Provide support to regional team on operational issues.
Effective coordination with Vendor so that root-cause analysis (RCA Report) can be done in shortest possible time
Ensure high-availability of network to the end-users and business
Coordination with all relevant technology vendors for any support issues to make sure that Service Level Agreement are met
Comply with all the departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) during the execution of tasks and carrying out all job related duties
Essential Skills
Should have In depth knowledge of Computer Networks MPLS and IGP/EGP protocols
Experience with Huawei, Juniper and Cisco
Hands on with relevant certifications. Hands on Firewalls/security devices
